BBQ Revival

Last year we found some excellent burgers, which we found redefined the traditional burger and put life back into our ideas about BBQ. we only used the burgers with one of our customers and they thoroughly enjoyed them so decided they were that good we kept the rest for ourselves.

In the last 12 months we’ve found that a lot of people are making the move to different types of food such as the big pan catering or hog roasts, both of which we offer but this has left the humble BBQ behind and really the BBQ can be far superior as the selection of food available is so much more, especially when it comes to vegetarians. In fact the big pan does allow burgers to be cooked, but they do need to be a good quality, so we will add these to the Big Pan menus in the future.

But that is digressing and the blog is in fact about the  BBQ and its revival into 2011 and onwards. This for us is starting with the Burgers and as I said having tried the MuddyBoots Burgers, I know we’ve found the right ones for all our customers. We have also met Miranda & Roland on a couple of occasions and there enthusiasm about their products is great and really fires you up about food… Roasted Red Pepper, Paprika & Lime Burger, Leek & Mushroom Burger, Goats Cheese & Sun-dried Tomato Burger – right now I feel like getting the BBQ lit, even though I would need my thermals on at the moment, but the point is go that extra mile for excellent food!!!

We’re just about to add them as a partner on the site with further information about them and their foods, so sign up to our blogs on the front page if you have not already done so and we can then keep you informed of the revival…
