Country Flavours – Eggs !!

Over the last few years we’ve always committed to free-range eggs from local farms, but usually brought these from the farm shop. a little further investigation and we now find we can purchase direct from the farm and unlike other suppliers all their eggs are from their own Happy Hens and stamped on the farm, so this means for us that traceability is absolute, but also we reduce handling and food miles as they are really close to our kitchens.
