“I booked a Hog Roast from Apricot Catering for a reception in my garden to celebrate my eldest daughter’s wedding in mid September 2010. Looking back on the event now I am so grateful to Nigel and Tee and their team for giving us such a perfect day. The organisation was superb and entirely unobtrusive, the Hog Roast was both beautifully cooked and efficiently served and a great time was had by all of the 120 or so guests many of whom have since made a point of expressing their appreciation to me. I could not have wished for a happier occasion”
